Wolfe AI Services is a service-automation and lead-routing provider, operated as a sole proprietorship by Colton Wolfe in Ontario, Canada. We are NOT a licensed contractor and do not perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other trades work.
We operate AI receptionist software and lead-generation websites. When a homeowner calls or texts a number we operate, we capture their request and route it to an independent licensed contractor in their service area.
All trades work performed for you is by an independent contractor licensed in Ontario. The contractor — not Wolfe AI Services — is responsible for the quality, safety, warranty, and pricing of the work performed.
If you indicate an emergency (gas leak, sewage backup, no heat, electrical sparking, flooding, burst pipe, carbon monoxide alarm), our AI will: (a) recite a 911 safety disclaimer, (b) attempt to forward the call to the on-call contractor. If you smell gas or see fire, hang up and call 911 immediately. AI is not a substitute for emergency services.
If you are a contractor receiving leads through our service, a separate written service agreement applies. The terms here cover the homeowner-facing service only.
We make no warranty that calls will be answered with zero error, that AI bookings will always be accurate, or that the contractor we match will accept the job. We will refund any pre-paid fees on reasonable disputed bookings.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior three months — or, if you are a homeowner who paid nothing, the cost of one service call.
We operate in compliance with Canada's PIPEDA (privacy) and CASL (anti-spam) legislation. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
For service quality disputes with the contractor, contact the contractor directly. For disputes with Wolfe AI Services, contact [email protected] first. Disputes are governed by the laws of Ontario.
